Anthony Hall - Defender

Born in Billingham, Anth was a junior at Middlesborough before joining Northern League Billingham Town. He moved into the Football League and played a single League game for Tranmere Rovers before joining Hartlepool United. He made just one league appearance for them before moving north of the border to join Scottish Third Division side East Fife. He joined Gateshead in 1990 and played for them in the Conference before returning to east Fife. He then had two seasons with Berwick Rangers before playing in the League of Ireland with Waterford United and Kilkenny City. He returned to the north east for a second spell with Gateshead and completed 150 appearances for them.
He joined Barrow in December 2000, making his debut in the Boxing Day game at Lancaster City. A member of the squads that have collected the Chairman's Cup ands President's Cup over the last two seasons. Left Barrow in the summer of 2003 and joined Whitby Town.
